We are pleased to share highlights from the South-Eastern Europe Arbitration Conference (SEEA) 2025, held on 28 November in Athens and hosted by the EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization.
This year’s conference, “Navigating Arbitration Frontiers in SEE: AI, Energy, Investment & Technology Disputes”, brought together leading practitioners, academics, and institutional representatives from across the region to examine some of the most complex and fast-evolving issues shaping arbitration today.
We congratulate the Organising Committee , Ileana Smeureanu, Deger Boden, Tatiana Minaeva FCIArb, Nenad Stankovic, and Stevan Dimitrijevic, on an exceptionally well-organised event, compelling programme, and distinguished speaker line-up.
